Tom Walklett is a managing partner at WinGreen Marketing Systems. As co-founder and managing partner, he has executive responsibility for the company’s strategic direction and operations. Tom has over 20 years experience in executive management, including operations, marketing management, and sales management. His experience includes starting and building a multi-milliion dollar information technology services firm and leading it to a successful acquisition. Tom is a past nominee for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and is a co-creator of The WinGreen System of MarketingTM. Prior to co-founding WinGreen, Tom was the founder and CEO of The Walklett Group, an information technology consultancy and services firm specializing in IT strategies, e-business, business intelligence, and data warehousing for large enterprises. Under Tom's leadership, the Walklett Group earned a spot on INC Magazine's prestigious Inc. 500 list of the fastest growing private companies in America. Walklett Group's clients included many Fortune 500 clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail industries. The Walklett Group's projects included an award-winning market monitoring system for PJM Interconnection, the Independent Service Operator (ISO) for the electric grid covering the mid-Atlantic states. Before founding the Walklett Group, Tom worked for Digital Equipment Corporation, where he received the President's Award for Technical Excellence. During his tenure at Digital, Tom held sales and software engineering positions and earned a series of promotions. Earlier in his career, Tom worked for the Eastman Kodak Company, where he served in a number of software engineering positions in manufacturing of photographic paper. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. He is married, has three children, and enjoys golfing and scuba diving. Don Montgomery is a managing partner at WinGreen Marketing Systems. As co-founder and managing partner, he has executive responsibility for the company’s strategic direction and operations. Don has over 20 years of marketing, sales, and product management experience, has led over 40 product launches, and created over $4 billion in revenues for his companies. He is a co-creator of The WinGreen System of Marketing™ and the creator of the WinPlan™ Campaign Organizer. Prior to co-founding WinGreen, Don was vice president of marketing at Alsbridge, Inc., a leading consulting firm providing advisory services on outsourcing, shared services, and benchmarking. At Alsbridge, Don led marketing and sales and implemented the firm’s Sales Information Awareness (SIA) system of integrated lead generation, sales force automation, customer relationship management, and executive reporting. Before joining Alsbridge, Don was vice president of marketing at Akonix Systems, a provider of unified communications security and policy management products. Earlier in his career, Don held senior marketing, sales and operations management positions at Unisys, United Messaging, Inc., Bell Atlantic Network Integration, Bell Atlantic Business Systems Services, Inc., and Digital Equipment Corporation. Don has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, CNN Money, Information Week, and many other leading trade publications. He has been a frequent speaker at industry and company conferences and symposia. Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, with graduate and undergraduate studies at the Lesley College School of Management and the College of the Holy Cross. Mike McGinn is the senior vice president of sales at WinGreen Marketing System. Mike joined WinGreen in July 2010. As senior VP of sales, Mike has executive responsibility for growing WinGreen's customer base by serving the needs of our rapidly growing number of clients. Mike has over 20 years of experience in executive management and leadership in sales, marketing, and operations. Before joining WinGreen, Mike was senior VP at Alexander Proudfoot, a world leader in business process improvement. He also served as vice president of global marketing and sales at Aviom, and executive vice president of marketing and sales at Shure Inc. Earlier in his career, Mike held numerous international executive roles, including VP of marketing and VP of Asia Pacific for Ecolab, and a series of international general manager roles overseeing businesses in Canada, England, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean for the Eastman Kodak Company. MIke has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from Syracuse University. Mike is an avid golfer, and enjoys horse racing, travel, food & wine, music and reading history. As a native of upstate New York, Mike is a fan of the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills, and of St. Bonaventure basketball, for whom he played. However, Mike has pledged to his son-in-law to also root for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles, and Villanova basketball, as long as they do not meet his teams -- which proved to be a difficult situation in 2009. | |
