The WinGreen System of Marketing leverages online, digital capabilities to dramatically improve awareness of your brand and products, encourage people interested in your products to self-identify themselves to you, and significantly improve the lead-to-close process for your sales people.  One of the key components of the integrated WinGreen System is marketing content, or, as we call it at WinGreen Marketing Systems, marketing assets.  WinGreen manages planning, creation, and development of content for marketing assets, and leverages the assets in both outbound and opt-in campaigns to generate new leads.  The key to content marketing is the same as it was for traditional advertising: repetition, repetition, repetition.  With our systems approach to marketing, and our proprietary WinPlan calendaring method, all campaign tasks are accomplished on time, every time.
 
 
White Papers

In concert with newsletters and webcasts, the white paper  (or research report) is used extensively to generate self-identifying new leads.  WinGreen provides customized, topical white papers to support all client campaigns.  The typical WinGreen client can expect us to do between 10 and 25 white paper offers per year to its target market segments.  In the WinGreen System, all content media supports all other content media.  For example, a June webcast may promote a July white paper offer.  The July white paper may make reference to articles published in earlier newsletters (and viewable in an archive knowledgebase), and every newsletter carries click-through offers for both new and archived white papers, webinars, and podcasts.
 
 
Newsletters

WinGreen helps our clients "spread the word" cost-effectively through the use of email newsletters.  This familiar promotional device (Newsletters have been used for hundreds of years) has become an extremely powerful lead generation vehicle, thanks to the World Wide Web and the ubiquity of email.  Email newsletters now carry links, automation, social media hooks, and search engine optimized text in addition to the customary articles, news, and editorials.  WinGreen Marketing Systems creates custom newsletters for our clients, generates content (see "Articles" above), works with each client to solicit fresh news and insight, optimizes each newsletter for searchability and link-backs, and distributes the newsletter to its subscribers on time, every time. 
 
 
Webcasts

The web seminar, or "webcast", has become an exceptionally valuable piece of the marketing mix.  WinGreen Marketing Systems manages our clients' webinar and webcast schedules, produces topics and content, arranges speakers (often including our clients' own staff and customers), and hosts both the live webinar and its archived or "on-demand" versions of the webinar.  Additionally, WinGreen creates and sends e-invitations to the target market segment through the email marketing and list acquisition functions, to influence interested parties to identify themselves through their registrations for webinars. 
 
 
Articles

"Article marketing" has become a marketing tactic and art form in its own right (See Wikipedia article).  WinGreen Marketing Systems authors short, original articles on topics related to our clients' products and marketing objectives as a means of linking their brand, product names, and capabilities to related topics of interest and helping to find new contacts interested in those topics.  WinGreen Marketing Systems generates and provides all content, and manages the use of content and articles in outbound and inbound lead generation.
 
  
Podcast & Rich Media

The World Wide Web, Web 2.0, email marketing, search engines, and multimedia computing have created a new world where WinGreen's clients can run their own "television" shows (webcasts), their own "newspapers" (email newsletters), their own "magazines" (blogs), and their own "radio shows" (podcasts).  WinGreen adds podcasts and other rich media (video streaming, online collaboration, unified communciations) to the marketing mix by hosting regular podcasts on the WinPlan calendar, and promoting them through all other WinGreen custom client content.  Our clients can be interviewed by a WinGreen communications professional to get their key messages across, or deliver scripted podcast promotions.  WinGreen can provide speakers, or solicit third-party speakers to draw registrations and self-identification of new leads.
